Terms & Conditions 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By using our shipping services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining your account security. 3. SHIPPING AGREEMENT - All shipments must be properly packaged - Accurate customs declarations are required for international shipments - Prohibited items will be confiscated and may result in legal action 4. PAYMENT Payment is due at time of shipment. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. 5. CANCELLATION Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, standard return policies apply. 6. REFUND POLICY - Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days - Original shipping costs are non-refundable - Insurance costs are non-refundable 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or $100, whichever is higher if insurance was not purchased. 8. PRIVACY POLICY We respect your privacy. Personal information is secured and not shared with third parties except as required for shipping. 9. FORCE MAJEURE We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.). 10. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by local laws. Any disputes will be resolved in local courts. 11. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms. 12.
