SHIPPING RATES Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination zone. Rates start at $9.99/kg for standard shipping. 4. PACKAGING We ensure all packages are properly packaged with protective materials. Fragile items require special handling and additional insurance. 5. TRACKING All shipments include tracking numbers. You can track your package using our tracking system on the website. 6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the package will be held at a local facility for 5 business days. 7. INSURANCE All shipments are covered by basic insurance up to $100. Additional insurance is available for purchase. 8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and provide compensation as per our insurance policy. 9.
